This hotel is underwhelming. The receptionist was incompitent and the pillows reminded me of rocks, how hard is it to offer comfort? I expected at least a complimentary drink for all my troubles, but I guess that's too much to ask for. I nearly left a good review, but just couldn't.

The Comfort Double Room was spacious and had a super comfy bed with firm mattresses and soft pillows. I loved the dedicated workspace with easy access to power outlets. And a Nespresso machine in the room was such a nice touch! The central temperature control kept the room cozy. Just wish there was a fridge for my snacks. Otherwise, it was a great stay!

Travelled with my kids, spent 3 nights here and had a perfectly pleasant stay. The room of this place was newly renovated and large with a view. The staff that checked me in was efficient. The ambience felt really quiet and the service was efficient. I truly enjoyed being there.

It was a great match for a quick stop in Hamburg with really good value. The hotel had a lovely terrace for breakfast where we enjoyed our meals outside. Make sure to inquire about lighter duvets if you're staying during warmer weather.
